Gamer has to be the worst movie I have ever seen. I came into this movie thinking it was going to be another badass movie staring Gerald Butler, but i was highly disappointed. This movie is basically SIMS the game in real life, people can actually control real people and do very weird and sick things with them. If you saw this movie in theaters and paid $10 for it then I am deeply sorry and i would demand a refund.
Not only is this movie weird and twisted in so many ways, but the camera angles and movement were HORRIBLE. During the action scenes you couldn’t even tell what was going on, they would switch to a different angle and camera every half a second, its like you’re trying to watch a movie on a rollercoaster. The only thing this is good for is giving you headaches.
On top of all this the music in this film was even worst. Action movies are supposed to have exciting pump-up music, but all i heard was depressing slow songs that put me to sleep. For instance, when the final battle is about to happen between good vs. evil towards the end of the movie, the bad guy starts to sing a happy kids song, It was like watching an R rated episode of Barney.
Don’t even consider seeing this movie, unless you like sick twisted movies then go for it, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.
